Your home needs to look the best it can, both online and in real life. We will put you in touch with decluttering and cleaning service providers who will save you from having to do the heavy lifting and help you depersonalise your home. We also have on-call maintenance people and gardeners to give your home better kerb appeal.
We have stylists who can stage your entire home or just key rooms so your home appeals to the maximum number of buyers. After the stylist, we engage a professional marketing team who will showcase your home’s best features. Our property photographers or videographers, a floorplan draftsperson and professional copywriters will visit your home and then prepare the creative. Then, advertising executives run ads for your home across several online platforms.
Finally, if we are selling by auction, I’ll appoint an experienced auctioneer.
