Video: You're selling a lifestyle, not just a property

When home buyers search online listings, they give most properties about three seconds’ worth of attention. You want yours to be the one that gets eyeballs on it longer. How? By creating an emotional connection to your home so it appeals to your target market.

A video is a great way of showcasing your home. If buyers are overseas, it gives them a great sense of what the home is like. Statistically, a buyer will also spend a longer time viewing your home if they can watch a video. 


If your home is located in a highly rated school district, highlight this in your marketing material to appeal to families who value quality education. 


If your home is located near public transport or highways, highlight the commute, as this will appeal to buyers who like convenience. 


If your home is located next to beautiful bushland, nature reserves and walks, don’t forget to mention these as they all help to appeal to the lifestyle factor of living in your suburb. 


It is important to engage an agent who is familiar with your area, understands all the lifestyle attributes of your suburb and can highlight these to buyers.
